Kadamjai Refinery
The K-NPZ refinery is located in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region, an area strategically positioned close to regional oil production fields and transportation routes. The facility has been developed using modern industrial equipment and engineering systems designed to support efficient petroleum processing operations.
The refinery processes crude oil to supply refined petroleum products to domestic markets. The plant includes integrated storage infrastructure for crude oil and refined products, ensuring stable operational capacity and supply continuity. The refinery has been engineered to allow future capacity expansion through additional equipment installations and infrastructure upgrades.

Strategic Role in Kyrgyzstan's Energy Supply
Kyrgyzstan currently imports a significant portion of its petroleum products from external markets. K-NPZ contributes to reducing this dependency by processing crude oil locally and supplying refined products directly to the regional market, supporting a more stable and resilient energy supply system.
Refining & Processing Capabilities
K-NPZ operates a refining configuration designed for stable, continuous processing of crude oil into essential petroleum products. The facility includes process units, tank farm systems, and loading/handling facilities required for continuous operations.
Integrated Energy Value Chain
K-NPZ's refining operations form part of a broader integrated energy strategy. Crude oil produced at the K-NEFT Batken field is transported to the Kadamjai Refinery located approximately 80 kilometers from the production area, enabling efficient logistics and a shorter supply chain between extraction and processing.
